Once an order has been placed and payment processed, all sales are considered final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after the product has shipped.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and a full refund within the first 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us immediately to process this request. Requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible.
Exchanges for Inoperable Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product arrives inoperable (defective or not functioning as described), it may be eligible for exchange, subject to inspection. Exchanges are not available for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or other non-defect reasons. Contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate an exchange process.
