Warranty Policy

All items are thoroughly tested for defects prior to shipping. We offer a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty Claims Process

• If an issue arises within the first year, contact us with photos or videos demonstrating the problem. This helps us assess whether it is due to a defect or potential user error.
• Upon approval, the item may need to be returned for evaluation, repair, or replacement.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If a repair or replacement is issued, Webfoot Enterprises will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. No coverage for labor, towing, or incidental costs.
